We loved our little weekend getaway in this beautiful space. It rained which we thought would dampen the mood, but the huge windows made it such a vibe & even more when the rain stopped & we had the best view of the most beautiful sunset ever. Thank you Jon for such a wonderful place!!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

This place was by far my favorite spots in Nashville, I visit often for work and have stayed at other locations in that area but this place definitely exceeds my expectations. I'm staying here every time I visit.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Carlos’s listing was perfect! It is conveniently located (10 minute walk to Broadway). It is in a quiet area so you are close enough to the fun but can get away from the loud buzzing of Broadway. Condo was perfect for our stay. Also, Carlos is very responsive and super friendly. He answered any questions we had fast. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Really cool and unique place to stay, especially if you love music! Emily was great at communicating and we enjoyed the short tour of the studio areas from John before we left. The entire location was beautiful, and we loved the huge covered porch. Definitely recommend!

Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Place was exactly as listed, walking distance to just about anything you can think of for a Nashville trip. Pictures don’t do this place enough justice it definitely is more spacious than you would think, Michael allowed for an easy check-in with well written instructions, unit was very clean and area felt very safe! 10/10 this is the place for a Tennessee trip.

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb with our family of 10, ranging from a baby to grandparents. The house was meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The layout was perfect, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas for gathering. Every room was beautifully designed, so no one felt like they got the “lesser” room. The views were absolutely incredible, and we loved the added amenities—board games, foosball, a jacuzzi, and a grill. The host was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and proactive in keeping us informed about a nearby fire. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this home for any group looking for a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Really big and quality guest house for the money. Beautiful property and friendly but unobtrusive hosts. Hour from Nashville and great state parks nearby. Also, it was SUCH a bonus to have a frozen pizza and eggs in the fridge when we arrived. We were starving, didn’t think ahead (like my mom would’ve) and the nearest store closes at 8! Can’t say enough good things.

This home is a very peaceful place to stay on a quiet street with excellent views. The yard is really great if you have a dog. Very large and fully fenced. The screened porch with a view of the lake and mountains was a huge bonus. We even discovered a surprise room under the house that has a ping pong table! This is a very convenient location, and we would definitely stay again.

Don’t hesitate to book this Airbnb. Nice neighborhood with close commute to broadway street. Great experience from the beginning. Zachary was an excellent host! Great communication/instruction and very responsive. No surprises, everything was exactly like the listing said and had everything we needed. Very clean home. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything went super well! We’ve stayed in other places in Pigeon Forge, but they’re hilly or have a lot of stairs. It was so nice to be able to park and head directly inside! Especially with our kids!

Cynthia was amazing. She was responsive, warm and helpful. I was stranded in town after my stay with her due to a flight cancellation and even though her place was booked, she reached out to her friends and helped me find another space for the night. The condo is exactly as pictured. I was very comfortable and felt right at home.

The place was perfect and is as shown in photos. The latch app works easily and makes check in and out very simple. Hosts are very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The place is centrally located and convenient to anything you’d want to do and very well appointed. Pool was nice with comfortable furniture as was the balcony. 10/10 would stay again!

If you’ve ever dreamed of a vacation surrounded by the soothing sounds of trains at all hours, this Airbnb delivers! Who needs peace when you can be rocked to sleep by freight trains? Midnight train enthusiasts will feel at home! The atmosphere outside is lively, with a bustling sea of homeless individuals adding spice to your stroll downtown. Forget about packing snacks; you’ll have opportunities to test your social skills in this vibrant community! Parking is first come, first serve, and be prepared to pay for it—part of the experience! A smartphone is a must to access the building. On the bright side, the gated community offers security, and guests can enjoy a nice pool and gym area to relax! The house was clean, and Melissa was very responsive. Earplugs are provided to help with the ambiance! If you enjoy late-night train concerts, urban reality, and the thrill of hunting for parking, this spot is perfect for you! Just remember to bring your sense of humor!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

Making the reservation was extremely easy. David was always quickly responsive and answered any questions I possibly had. The condo is wonderful, homey and undoubtably clean. About a half mile walk to the main streets of downtown. Would highly recommend. Thank you and amazing stay and great first trip to Nashville!

Nick is a very good host! Very quick to respond and answer any questions. Have no doubt he has the guest best interests in mind. Room was very nice felt like home! Will definitely be using Nick again for future trips with my wife!
