Take a morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise from the riverfront park and pedestrian bridge. Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features three memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled live music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options !

Relax in this cozy but spacious one bedroom condo with pool (in season) and assigned parking. Centrally located to everything Cookeville has to offer - this is one of those perfect and easy to access properties! The living room has a comfy couch, a smart TV with Netflix, and even a desk to knock out some work if need be. A kitchen equipped with everything you’d need. Add in an updated bathroom with tub/shower and a large bedroom with a comfy king bed and smart TV to make this a perfect stay!

Cute Cottage Apartment Downtown

Located extremely convenient to downtown. 1/2 mile from the heart of Germantown. Very walkable. Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.
