Hip and Stylish Loft in a Quiet Historic Neighborhood

Cook in a full kitchen and dine at a farm table that was custom made for the space. The feeling here is modern country chic, where earthy simplicity meets the sophisticated style of brass faucets, modern lighting fixtures, and beautifully appointed floors. Well lit, the space is very homey, with a full queen sleeper sofa and extra comfortable beds. The open layout makes the loft feel roomy and very spacious. Guests are allowed to use the entire upstairs garage apartment as well as the back yard if they would like. My husband and I are both readily available for any questions you may have or help 24/7 The loft sits behind the main house on a quiet street near great coffee shops and restaurants. This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. Taxis are also available and of course there is parking next to the unit if you bring your own transportation.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
