Here, the brightness of the decor is matched only by the quality of the bed linen and the comfort of the new sleeper sofa. **Please note: We take our guest’s health seriously and SANITIZE completely between reservations! Comes fully equipped with your own fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (coffee and tea is complimentary), and all kitchen essentials. Queen size bed and new comfy sleeper sofa. Record player with real classic records you can play and even a guitar to jam on (this is Music City after all, so don’t be shy)! Television, which also allows guests to access Netflix, etc through Amazon Fire TV and all major network channels in HD. Private and completely detached guest house with well lit entry. We challenge you to not find anything you might need! We would love to meet you, but that’s up to you! You can always reach us by messaging! The property is located on a wide street with sidewalks on both sides. It's directly across from a big green field that belongs to a local church. Kroger is about a quarter of a mile away, along with all kind of eateries and hot spots in Germantown, AND you can see part of the downtown skyline (famous AT&T Batman building included) from the south window! Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
