Guest reviews routinely say that the house is even better than pictured/ described. Must be 25 or older to rent.

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Live like a local on SSI! Bike to BEACH! Pool/Spa

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

Saltlife Below Deck

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.

Adorable beach bungalow 1 block from the ocean, walking distance to all the Jax Beach restaurants, beach bars and Jax Beach Pier. 2 dedicated parking spots included. Pull out couch in the living room, can sleep 4 people comfortably. Premium Espresso machine for use in the kitchen. Enjoy your coffee on the seated front patio and/or on the sand a block across the street.
