Directly off of the I95 corridor, our little condo is comfortable and cozy. A great space for a single but plenty of room for a small family. Enjoy quick access to Fort Bragg, Methodist University, downtown Fayetteville, and Cape Fear Valley Hospital. Keeping our spot clean is a priority but you will also enjoy your own parking spaces in a community with one way in and one way out. Our private neighborhood with minimal traffic is a peaceful stay in one of the safest ZIP Codes in Fayetteville.

Our oasis is a pool house located behind the primary home. It boasts 600 sq ft. of indoor living space within a PRIVATE enclosed setting with use of pool, fire pit, and grill. The whole yard has been landscaped by Leslie. In season, it has more flowers and plants than you could ever imagine. The upstairs has one double bed, one queen size bed, 55” TV with Roku. Down stairs has a 32” flatscreen TV with Roku, full bath, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher & futon bed.
