Located within a 10 min drive to the beautiful waters of Dale Hollow Lake & the renowned State Park Golf course, but also a private location with a beautiful view.

The largest small mouth bass ever caught was in the Dale Hollow be sure to bring your boat there is plenty of space to park it in the gravel drive.

Enjoy your stay in our brand new barn cottage with queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen & laundry. Look out off the front porch at our peaceful sweeping front acreage, including our winding driveway and 10 acres of hay fields. 2 adults (and 1-2 children that can sleep on a floor mattress) can fit snuggly into our mini cottage. Ask for our full sized inflatable mattress if needed before you arrive.
