Mockingbird Hill Vacation Rental

This is an attached cottage with a private entrance and off-street parking. It is on a ten acre lot, not seen from the road nor overlooked by any building. The bedroom has a double bed, and the sofa can convert into a second comfortable double bed. There is a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 4 place dining table, a big desk, WIFI, and HDTV. There are lots of windows, two big cedar decks, and a bbq grill. It’s light, airy and peaceful, set in a lovely garden with mountain views.

Upper suite with kitchen, focussed around a massive butcher block, everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. Main king bed with ensuite. Guest queen bed, beside main bath with laundry. Bright, open concept with flat screen apple tv & speakers, throughout. Covered deck, mountain views, fenced yard. Parks, groceries, marina & Downtown are all walking distance. This is a newly renovated, top floor, one bedroom condo in Ptarmigan Ridge with views of the slope. Drive in/out and 100 yards to ski in/out. The living room has a propane fireplace and 48" wall mount TV with cable and a DVD Player. The two double-sided pillow-top single beds in the bedroom can be made up separately or pushed together and made up as a king bed. The bedroom has its own 32" wall mounted TV with DVD Player. Fully equipped kitchen. Murphy Bed folds down in dining room.
