Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

Great spot away from it all but still enjoyed a few outings. Akadi Illumina in Bouctouche was a highlight. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming! Love the added touches of arrival snacks and did not need for anything while there! Would love to return one day!

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Enjoyed the place overall! Place was stunning, outside was well kept, clean, propane fire pit was not working, but they provided us with plenty of wood. Enjoyed our stay!

From the moment we unlocked the door until we drove out the drive 7 days later we were extremely happy with our choice. The cleanliness of the cottage, the brightness of the rooms , the comfort of the beds, you couldn’t ask for anything more. The sunrises are breathtaking. The beach is beautiful, the peace and quiet is amazing. The kitchen had everything imaginable. The yard is huge, front and back. It was so dog friendly. There was even dog dishes at the front and back doors. We liked this place so much we have already booked it for next summer. My whole family gives this cottage and Marie a 5 Star rating all around. My stay at the charming beachfront cottage on York Street was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, offering stunning views of the water and easy access to the beach, making it a great spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself was impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor amenities—starting our mornings with a peaceful coffee on the patio, followed by a dip in the pool. The surroundings are serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

The place was lovely. The bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night but it would be a great place to hang for a few days. Our only constructive feedback is that there was no recycling bin, and the bed pillows were not very comfortable. They were very high and wouldn't compress down. I ended up using some folded clothing as a pillow. I didn't look in the closet, perhaps there were others there.

Loved our stay! It had everything we needed and more! The perfect spot to disconnect and relax! The hot tub was a nice bonus and very peaceful! The instructions were clear and communication was easy! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time! Loved all the little extras they provided at the cottage; s'mores bucket, water, soda, coffee and tea. The beds were super comfortable I want to find out where they bought the mattress and bedding! The fire by the water was so nice and relaxing. We purchased lobster from the wharf and cooked them outside Super fun weekend can't wait to rebook!

Great location! We had 4 adults, 4 kids, and two dogs and there was more than enough room. Everything we needed to cook our meals.

We enjoyed our stay, the view was fantastic. It was great to be so close to the pool as the mosquitos didn’t harass us there as they did in the yard. They made for a fun evening game of who could zap the most once we gave up and came inside. The beds were very comfortable and after a day of fun it was nice to have the home away from home feeing. We would love to vacation here again, longer than a weekend next time. Great communication with the host when questions came to mind.

This was our third visit to Lynn’s. House was very clean and the wine and cheese were a very nice touch. Loved the view! We’ll definitely be back.

First of all, the location is beautiful. Easy access to the beach and long stretches in both directions to walk, especially at low tide. Waves crashing during a storm lulled me to sleep. The house is well equipped with many thoughtful gestures. The kitchen had condiments, spices, and a good supply of cooking utensils. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers, the best hair dryer, access to blankets to keep warm outside, plenty of board games, books, puzzle, yard games, Definitely have plans to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is right on the main road but as soon as the sun went down the road was quiet. Sitting on the patio was nice both morning and evening. We loved watching the tide change and being able to cross the street to walk on the ocean floor. We spent most of our time hiking at Fundy Trails Parkway. There were restaurants and ice cream right there in Orange Hill or a few minutes away at St Martins. We found a nice selection of groceries at a market in St Martens and cooked most of the time. The apartment had great pots & pans along with good knives. Very relaxing.

Amazing time!! The property is everything you think it will be and so much more!! The views were out of this world! Sadly it rained most of our trip, but we will def be back again!!

A large spacious Lodge is in a beautiful location. It was perfect for our large group. It really fit our team event . If you use GPS , it will take you to cottage next door, don't ignore the sign on the tree that says Lodge and 137 JR lane like we did . lol
