As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. Pencil wood farm is an incredibly peaceful four bedroom holiday home surrounded by undisturbed rainforest. Located by the permanently flowing Brogers Creek, you can swim in the creek in summer, and take misty mountain walks in winter. It has breathtaking mountain views enabling you to truly relax and unwind. Walk amongst ferns, say hello to wombats and enjoy this well appointed home with a fresh kitchen and bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for fireside chats and cooking over the coals.
