Sandy's Cottage ist das beste Airbnb,in welchem wir bisher übernachten durften. Es liegt perfekt in Marathon, dort kann man so viel erleben und auch Sandy's Tipps waren super.Auch Key West oder Key Largo sind nur 1 Stunde entfernt, ideal um alle Keys zu erkunden.Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Airbnb ist auf einem eigenen Grundstück und wundervoll angelegt,wir haben immer dort gekocht.Das Airbnb ist blitzsauber, hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche(großer Ofen, Herd&Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Eiswürfelmaschine und kaltem Trinkwasserspender, Spülmaschine,alle Kochutensilien, Gewürz sind vorhanden. Das ganze rundet ein großer Weber Gasgrill ab. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gab viele Handtücher, Strandtücher,Strandstühle,Sonnenschirm.Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Badezimmer blitzsauber. Alle Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool im tropischen Garten, unglaublich toll! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

This place was an absolute dream! The location felt so private yet was so close to whatever we needed or wanted. The house was very clean and so welcoming. It was just the two of us for this trip but with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own full bathroom, this place could have easily accommodated more. We definitely want to come back again with friends/family. The rest of the home is cozy and has everything you need. The outdoor areas are so nice and peaceful. The landscaping, private pool/spa area, and the fire pit area make it feel like you're in your own tropical paradise. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we interacted with were very kind. Seeing the Key deer walk around the area and hearing the peacocks made this place even more magical. This was our first time in The Keys and definitely won't be our last. The worst part of this experience was having to leave. This lovely place definitely made it difficult to go back to real life. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, home and host!

Place was great, location, clean and ocean views awesome all around. Fishing was good out back caught a nurse shark, snappers and other small fish. Kayaks were excellent to get out front for mangrove and snook fishing. Definitely recommend !

It really is the perfect place to stay. We picked this house after our last trip to FL where we rented a beach house only to have high winds and man of war jellyfish so couldn't get in the water at all. This place with its amazing hot tub and pool, tons of pool toys and floaties, books and games, would be a wonderful vacation even if you were stuck there the whole time due to bad weather, These owners have done a wonderful job thinking of so many amenities- cozy couch blankets, life jackets, tons of beach equipment, so many dishes and pans and various drink holders. The only complaint I could think of if I had to would be to have another ice tray (there were two semi broken ones but not a big deal as we just bought ice). But that's a pretty small thing in the long list of things that were superb. Even the beds were as soft and as comfortable as mine at home. I hate to let the secret out, but this house is fantastic.

Brian was very helpful, responsive & informative. The place was exactly as advertised. There was a dock for my boat & parking space for my trailer. The place is very close to everything you need. A boater’s paradise!

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.

We had an amazing Keys vaca with the family and it centered around this home. The house itself was exactly as described, and perfectly clean. The location is in the middle of everything but still tucked away. Alex’s instructions and responsiveness gave a personal touch that other accommodations lack. We would definitely stay again. This was our second stay and it was just like we remembered. My wife and I come to the keys for a week each year to boat and fish and this place is perfect. It has a great view, perfect location, and all the amenities we need for the week!

I had a wonderful day for a very relaxing vacation. I know the property Hawks Kay and I am delighted in it. Carmen and Scott are very gracious house and everything was just wonderful

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyed. The condo was exactly as described. Our host even provided starter sets to get us three a few days. The location was easily accessible and in walking distance to a few restaurants and the best ice cream we had ever had. Kirsten and Danielle were quite helpful and responsive when we had questions.
