After a 2 year break we are back! A boutique style Studio with the luxury of a massage chair! Only minutes walk to surf beach, new cafe, fish&chips, shop and laundrette~20 mins walk main st shopping & restaurants~short drive whale watching platform & racecourse. A kitchenette, ensuite & private courtyard~separate entrance from free onsite car park~ Queen size bed+dbl sofa bed~sleeps up to a "cozy" 4. Hopkins Road

Located a street away from the Hopkins River & Proudfoot’s Café & Restaurant. 🐋 Couple of minutes drive to Logan’s Beach Whale Platform. 🌊 Moyjil-Point Ritchie & Granny’s Grave Beach are a short walk - Swimming beach - 5 min drive 👟 🚲 Walking & bike paths run alongside the river & coastline. 3 bedrooms - 2 Queen, 2 singles & 1 single foldaway. Updated kitchen & bathroom. Split system for heating/cooling. DVD's, table tennis, board games, bikes & more. 🚙 approx 5 min to city centre

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Grange Views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

"Blue Studio" Great Ocean Road, Nirranda

Surrounded by native vegetation and 5 minutes from the beach, Blue Studio is an oasis on the Great Ocean Road. This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.
