This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.

Cozy 2B/1 Downtown Hideaway

This cozy mother in law suite is a duplex that shares a wall with the main house but not an entrance. You will be blocks away from a neighborhood playground as well as beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Being in the heart of Lakeland, you are never far from entertainment or nature. It's almost equally distant from Orlando and Tampa at about a 45-minute drive and the beach being about an hour and 20 minutes away. All that downtown has to offer is just 2 miles away.

Beacon Bungalow

The Beacon Bungalow is perfectly located as it lays equal distance to Florida southern college, lake side village, and the down town area. The entrance and parking are located on the right hand side of the house. Inside you will find a queen bed, living space with a 55 inch T.V, microwave, keurig, refrigerator, and bathroom, the bathroom is small but efficient .You have complete privacy because the unit is closed off from the main house me and my family live in.

Enjoy the neighborhood park, sip a latte at the Hillcrest Coffee Shop, enjoy the birds and wildlife of Lake Hunter or take a short walk to downtown Lakeland with it's many wonderful restaurants, entertainment venues and more beautiful lakes. The RP Funding Center is a 10 minute walk away and the location also provides easy access to I-4 for trips to Tampa or Orlando.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. This cottage is locate near to Lake Parker, if you are someone who love fishing notice that you can go walking from our place to Lake Parker East Side Fishing Pier. Also is just a short drive from Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Bush Gardens and the gulf beaches of Tampa Bay, and Lego Land. This central location is the perfect base from which to explore Lakeland and all Central Florida has to offer.

This 1920’s 1 bedroom 1 bath lakefront historic cottage is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking, front porch & beach. The queen bed and large couch sleeps 3 adults. Only 1 mile from Southeastern University and 3 miles to Florida Southern College. Kayaks, pedal boat, and fishing poles and tackle are provided for your enjoyment. Come unwind and enjoy the lake views from the hammock and private beach!
