Walk on the sand and collect shells, take a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk, or to the pier, paddleboard or kayak in the bay, share a romantic gondola. Close to LAX, John Wayne and Long Beach airports, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and more. Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
