Private, warm, sunny studio in Kelvin Heights with panoramic views over Lake Whakatipu, snow capped mountains and Deer Park. The studio features underfloor heating, a plush Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining table and Netflix. Every window is a postcard. We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.

In the winter, enjoy the proximity to the Wanaka and Queenstown 5 ski fields. The king bed can split into 2 single beds to add more flexibility.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.

Whakatipu Heights - comfort, views, location.

Fantastic views, fully self-contained, spacious, and tastefully furnished with a mid-century modern vibe. We live on site, doing all the management ourselves; there is not a holiday rental better maintained or more clean, than ours! Our apartment is source of pride.
