Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

Für einen romantischen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu zweit an der Adria Die Ferienwohnung "Romantik" (50 m2) befindet sich in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohneinheiten. Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, einen Essbereich mit Küchenzeile und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Highlight ist die Sonnenterasse (18 m2) mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN. Über das Grundstück sind es nur wenige Schritte zum eigenen Meerzugang.

Za sve koji vole šetati, planinariti i uživati u prirodi, Potjeh je idealno mjesto za odmor. Mir, tišina, zelenilo i ugodni ambijent omogućit će svakom gostu potrebno opuštanje. Kompletno opremljena kuća od 80m2 sa grijanom terasom (zimi) od 45m2. Kuća može primiti do 6 gostiju. U kući je kompletno opremljena kuhinja, a na terasi veliki roštilj sa svom opremom i drvima. Dječji krevetić dostupan je na zahtjev. Privatno parkiralište u dvorištu. Dvorište je u potpunosti ograđeno.

You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. For those rainy nights- we recommend Netflix and chill on our 65” TV. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood 20min drive from hustle and bustle of Split. Are you ready to be our first guests?

Take a break from your day-to-day life by spending some time in this self sustainable A-frame cottage in the hills of beautiful nature park Žumberak. Waking up with the birds singing, smelling the fragrance of the flowers in blossom, eating seasonal foraged goodies directly from the surrounding hills, drinking natural spring water and enjoying the evenings around the fire observing the stars, those are some of the activities you can experience here.

Mi smo mala četveročlana obitelj koja živi u kući na 3 kata sa 7 modernih, potpuno opremljenih apartmana. Ovaj apartman je odvojena zgrada smještena odmah iznad naše privatne plaže. Imamo privatnu plažu (samo za naše goste i obitelj) i uz nju osiguravamo prirodnu vodu, tuševe, struju, roštilj, ostavu za plažne potrepštine, kao i 2 veza za čamce. Nalazimo se u mjestu Pisak, mirnom mjestu bez stresa, stvorenom za opuštanje i obiteljski odmor.

Holiday home with a beautiful sea view - Kate

Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
