Private bay residence smješten je u prekrasnom zaljevu, malo udaljen od ostalih mjesta te gosti mogu uživati u prirodi, miru i tišini, kristalno čistom moru i prekrasnom pogledu. Bungalov ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju, te vanjsku kuhinju s kaminom, vanjsku blagovaonicu i vanjski tuš. Bungalov ima privatan pristup, parkiralište, besplatan wifi, te su ručnici, posteljina i piće dobrodošlice domaće proizvodnje uključeni za sve goste. Staza duga samo nekoliko metara vodi prema moru.

Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).

Very cosy and functional studio, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor with beautiful seasight. Designed by the owner (architect) in minimal style but respecting local traditions. Excellent for relax, meditation or yoga sessions. Particularly suitable as artist or writers retreat, especially in the offseason. The minimal style inside and the marvellous open view outside would facilitate to focus on your objectives (to contact the host for offseason terms, weekly and monthly pricing)

It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). Bungalow has bright living room with kitchen and dining area, balcony, garden, bathroom, small hallway and bedroom.

This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
