College students - just 14 miles from Concordia, 31 miles from UNL, 33 miles from Doane, 12 miles from SCC in Milford.

If you are looking for a unique and memorable get-away, please consider the Butler Bin located on the grounds of the WunderRoost Bed and Breakfast. The entire bin is yours, 2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, and your own deck to enjoy nature, outside, and have your own tiny house. Located next to a winery you can walk to. Many outdoor areas to walk around including our barn, sitting areas and much more. This has been very popular to have a weekend away in the country. You will not be disappointed.

There is a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, strong WiFi, updated bathroom, 3 sets of bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a girl's trip, guy's fishing retreat, Husker football game weekend and so much more!

Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.

The apartment is located within a small, quiet and secured apartment complex of only 24 units. There's a courtyard for you to use to enjoy a meal, or read a book outside. Behind the complex is a Disc Golf Course and we'll have some disc's available for you to use while visiting.

The back yard boasts mature trees and a fenced in yard.
