Huge, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, well maintained and fully fenced grounds, 2 boat launches, golf, take a trolly to attend a concert at The Gorge, etc. There is so much to do while soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Crescent Bar. After Summer we are convenient to fishing, hunting, and Mission Ridge Ski Resort.The sun is usually always shining here.

This 3 bed/3 bath Crescent Bar home boasts spectacular views of the Columbia River and is located on the Sunserra golf course (holes 4,5 &6). This home has an open main floor plan w/spacious living/dining room, opening to patio w/ fire pit & a huge shared yard. You'll be a minutes walk to the pools, tennis courts, sandy beach & boat launch on the river, plus several fun restaurants. Get excited for your stay at the cottage!

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, the outdoor decks & patio allow plenty of spaces to soak in Crescent Bar's 300 days of sun. Sunserra has multiple pools & hot tubs to enjoy, with the closest being mere steps from our front door! Garage not available. NO PETS. No parties.
