This Up North home, with our sister one next door on its own private lot (book separately), are the ONLY ones on Margrethe on a natural hill, providing exclusive elevated lake views, with a bonus wide, flat lakeside area. Uniquely private on a street with only 3 homes, ours are separated from that 3rd non-lakefront one by a wooded lot. Experience the tranquility of a natural setting, with a dock and "gazebo"! New kitchen, flooring, beds, leather sofas, W/D, back-up generator. Boat ramp close by.

The perfect up north getaway, this unique home offers plenty of room for you and your guests and has all the comforts of home. Just steps from beautiful Lake Margrethe, this is the perfect location if you enjoy Boating, skiing, fishing, kayaking, or swimming. Enjoy hunting, snowmobiling or off-roading the property is perfectly located close to the lake, state land and groomed trails. It also has a great bonfire area and a large attached deck for you to relax and enjoy after your days of fun!

Sand Haven/ walking distance to Lake Margrethe

Walking distance to Lake Margrethe where you can enjoying swimming or boating. The public boat launch is just down the road. This home sit on top of a hill with great views. If you are into trail riding/snowmobiling you can access the trails easily from the home. There is a fire-pit to sit around enjoying s'mores. Enjoy beverages on the large covered porch overlooking the woods. You may even see a red fox. Three bedrooms and two baths inside gives you plenty of space. New Weber Grill .

Take a breather and come relax at our “Happy Place”. Our cozy cottage is located on Lake Margarethe. Summer is filled with swimming, fishing, campfires and sunsets! Fall brings color tours, hunting and trail riding. Winter is for snowmobiling, ice fishing and skiing. Grayling is a unique town mixed with the old and new: great restaurants, breweries and shopping. We welcome families of the National Guard. Come enjoy your home away from home with all the amenities.

Cozy, newly renovated 1BR cabin on the grounds of Kin Cabins. Amenities include an electric indoor fireplace, shared outdoor fire pits, and a canoe and two kayaks. Kin Cabins sits one street behind Lake Margrethe with nearby road-end access to the lake. Grayling is a perfect place to visit anytime of the year with local attractions including canoe/kayak rental, riding trails, Hartwick Pines State Park, Hanson Hills, and the Manistee and Ausable rivers.

Lake Margrethe is a beautiful 1920 acre all sports lake, which has nearly 3 miles of undeveloped State of Michigan shoreline.
