Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

The structure originally served as the dependency for the Edward R Stanley house, offices were located in the front of the upper and lower floors with kitchen, laundry and enslaved quarters to the rear. 301 on Hancock is only a block from Tryon Palace as well as restaurants, shops, and the waterfront.

Our apartment is a 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartment over a detached garage. It is close to 900 sq ft. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

Come relax at one of the most special condos in New Bern. This corner 2 BR/ 2 BA unit has balconies facing the marina that are prime for relaxing. This comfy hideaway is three blocks from the Neuse River and a short walk to Historic Downtown along the tree-lined scenic river walkway. Your walk ends at Union Point Park with beautiful views of the river, a playground, and lots of ducks and sea gulls. Downtown has great restaurants, breweries, interesting shops, and art galleries, The Tryon Palace and other historic landmarks are all close by. Leave your car behind! Very walkable!
