"Mozzio Antica" è una antica dimora situata nel centro storico della piccola Fraz. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), sulle montagne della Valle Antigorio, a quota 820 metri s.l.m. Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

I suggestivi canyon degli Orridi di Uriezzo aggiungono fascino alla zona. In inverno, è ideale per gli sciatori, grazie alla vicinanza con le piste della Valle Formazza, San Domenico Sky, e a 1,5 ore dalle piste svizzere del cantone vallese.

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Villa di proprietà famigliare molto ampia. La nostra casa gode di una vista su tutta la valle ed è ottima sia per famiglie, che per escursionisti/sportivi. All'interno dell'abitazione ci sono armadi spaziosi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, un frigo e un freezer grandi, una vasca da bagno, una doccia, una stufa a pellet e un camino. Troverete anche una cantina, all'interno della quale ci sono arredi per l'esterno come tavolo e sedie.

Mansarda con vista panoramica nel piccolo borgo di Cadarese; in ambiente nuovo, caldo e rilassante; a due passi dal Centro Termale di Premia, a pochi chilometri dalla pista da sci della Valle Formazza, a pochi metri dalle spettacolari falesie per gli amanti dell'arrampicata sportiva. L'alloggio è composto da un ambiente openspace con cucina attrezzata e soggiorno con due divani letto, camera matrimoniale, ampio bagno, balcone.

Its independent position with respect to the town, will allow you to find your space of peace and serenity at all times. The Terme di Premia are also just 1 km away. For climbing lovers, the famous crag of Cadarese is only 1km away and can be easily reached on foot. Most of the others famous walls of Ossola are just a few minutes away by car.
