From the moment I stepped into this downtown loft, I was captivated by its extraordinary charm and character. The location is simply perfect . Nestled in the heart of downtown, everything you could possibly need is within easy reach. Restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, are all just steps away, making this the perfect base for both business and leisure travelers. It’s just quite enough to sleep the whole day away. Clean and cozy this place is a true hidden jewel. The host was the best part!! Her genuine warmth and hospitality are reflected in every aspect of this lovingly maintained loft. The space itself is a testament to thoughtful design and attention to detail. The architectural features have been beautifully preserved, creating a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every corner of this loft tells a story, from the exposed brick walls to the carefully chosen furnishings that complement the space perfectly. Jonesboros must see air Bnb!

The apartment itself was great, only real complaint is the strong cigarette smell inside. The parking area had exposed/open wiring panels and trash everywhere. But the host was wonderful, as well as the apartment itself.

This place was perfect. I had originally planned a trip a couple of weeks ago but it snowed so I had to cancel. Chris was so helpful and helped me get a full refund. I knew at that point that when I did decide to rebook if his place was available it would be where I stayed. It was great. Everyone raved about the bed. It lived up to the hype. I would definitely recommend his place and the next time I come back I will stay there again.

Great place in a wonderful location! Very good with communication from start to end! Super helpful when my son had an injury and we had to cut our trip short! Would definitely stay again!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I'm almost certain it had Tempur-Pedic qualities, indicating a real investment in guest comfort. The living room is well-arranged, and the pool table and classic arcade games provided endless entertainment. It's a fantastic space for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay. One unique aspect is its connection to a vet office. While this might seem unusual, it didn't impact our stay negatively at all. Overall, a highly recommended and memorable stay. Only recommendation is this needs to be a quieter space, so if you're a party animal you might need to

Very clean, comfortable and safe place to stay.

I was in the area with my Dad & told him that he was going on a quick get away while on his way to visit his brother. The first thing my Dad said was "THIS IS WAY BETTER THAN A HOTEL ANY DAY"! This place was neat, quiet, clean, friendly neighbors, very close to restaurants and shops. I just love the decorations and the details that it have to make you feel at home. Whenever I'm traveling in this area again and need a good night rest, this is the spot for me. I highly recommend this cozy clean home & the amenities were amazing especially the snacks!

The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. The description is accurate and the instructions provided for getting to, entering, and checking out of the unit are easy to follow. Linens, beds, and furniture are clean and comfortable.

The home was great. My only suggestion is to put the TV in a different location in the Master bedroom and use blackout curtains. Otherwise, it was a great spot, very peaceful and quiet and if I am ever in the area again I would make reservations here.

This stay as perfect for my needs a I was in Jonesboro for work. it was conveniently located and gave me access to a kitchen for cooking and laundry services.
