Beatshach Bothy - Speyside, Incredible location!

A traditional Bothy built from local granite situated at the foot of Ben Rinnes near Dufftown. Tranquil retreat on The Speyside Way

Capercaillie Lodge is a cosy and welcoming 6 person (with option of 1 additional person and a travel cot) lodge situated near to the banks of the River Spey, on the Speyside Way walking route. Unique turret annex in Upper Donside

Our bright yellow Broom now out! Situated in the Cairngorms National Park in Strathdon, a short walk away from the hamlet of Bellabeg. The Turret offers a tranquil setting in 2.5 acres of private woodland, it has its own entrance and is a self-contained totally sound insulated annex to the main house (where the owners live). The setting has spectacular south facing views of the Deeside hills and is surrounded by farmland and wildlife. Completely off the beaten track with glorious dark skies.

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Cragganmore Lodge

Ideal as a base for walking, fishing, touring or simply relaxing in a very peaceful location on the banks of the River Spey along the road that leads to Cragganmore Distillery. There are many walks right from the Lodge (The Speyside Way passes within 100m - access map in Lodge) and within an hours drive there are numerous attractions such as the Cairngorm National Park, the Highland Capital Inverness, miles of the Morayshire Coast, and Whisky Distilleries too numerous to mention!

Ballintober, Glenmuick Estate

Ballintober is a magical woodland cottage in the heart of the Glenmuick estate and provides the perfect base from which to explore Royal Deeside. This beautifully renovated cottage has three Double/Twin Bedrooms with a Bathroom, open plan Kitchen/Dining Room, Sitting Room and separate Shower Room. The Sitting Room has a cosy open fireplace, WiFi and a Digital TV with DVD player. All heating, linen, towels and logs are provided. A Cot and High Chair can be provided on request.
