On a cul-de-sac in quiet residential area. Good spot for traveling nurses, mill workers, hikers, hunters, fishermen. One minute to the corner minute mart, 10 min drive to freeway, Safeway and Target, downtown Longview or I-5. 1 1/12 hour drive to Mt St Helens visitor center. 45 minutes to Portland airport. 1 1/2 hr to the coast. 2 1/2 hrs to Seattle. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Welcome to The Kirk! A 1926 original Old West Side apartment building located just blocks from beautiful Lake Sacajawea, situated on a wonderfully tree lined street. There is a courtyard and garden space, complete with a compost. We use toxic free cleaning agents. You will find the neighborhood to be quiet and charming!
