This bright & spacious suite is the lower portion of a two story house situated on the grounds of Shawnigan Resort.Amenities include indoor pool, sandy beach, protected swim area,water slide, wharf for fishing,paddle boarding,kayaking(no boat moorage)tennis,pickle ball,basketball,pitch&putt .This is not a waterfront condo however located directly across from the pool and a short(approx.2 min walk)to beach.Walking distance to Shawnigan Lake school, short drive to Kinsol Trestle & 15 min to Ocean.

The Wilder Woods Cottage

This place has everything you will need for a wonderful stay on Salt Spring Island. Close to town but situated in a safe and quiet rural area. Heat pump for warmth or AC, Comfy bed and a couch with hide a bed for extra guests. Patio with furniture and a fire pit. This is our actual home that we can rent out for just a few months out of the year. Outdoor pool available from June 1st-September 1st. There are animals that roam free on this property, a tiny dog and cat. Please only friendly pets.

Enjoy this spacious family-friendly home located on an acre lot on the edge of the quaint town of Crofton. All but the master suite is on ground level and boasts forested or mountain views. Huge deck surrounding the pool is the highlight of many outdoor areas to enjoy . The back yard is huge w/ fruit trees, garden areas, hot tub, volleyball court and pergolla with fireplace and relaxing seating area. the front yard has 2 trampolines for tonnes of fun!
