House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Just two miles from I-95, so everything in southern New England is just minutes away!!

Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Discover a tranquil lakeside cabin located on a dead-end street. The fully updated open floor plan offers easy direct access to Quidnick Reservoir on a private beach that includes dock, raft, fire pit, paddleboards, kayaks canoes, a bunk bed and futon (sleeps 4), a wood stove, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, a full-size refrigerator, a private bathroom, WiFi, and TV. The cabin is on oversized lot that is 15 minutes from I-95, yet offers an area safe for hiking, biking and exploring.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep.
