We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Private entrance and patio with fenced backyard green space. 5 minute walk to Hospital, North island college and Aquatic centre. 28km to Mt. Washington alpine ski resort. Cumberland mountain biking, Downtown Comox, walking trails, beaches and many amenities. New space with off street parking. Extremely safe and quiet neighbourhood. Suited best for two people but offers a Haida bed for 2 additional guests.

Comfortable queen size bed with a view of the yard and garden. Private carport parking and private entrance both located in the covered carport. No access to kitchen/main house/property. No pets.

Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Our cottage is a cozy little "get away" for couples or a single person, situated on .6 acres of park like setting , quiet and restful, near host's home and across from the beach a few minutes walk away. Close by: Kingfisher Resort and Spa is a 5 minute drive away for pampering yourself with a good meal or spa treatments. Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.
