Our peaceful country escape is ready! Modern 1 bedroom cottage perfectly positioned to enjoy the view over the farm. Huge deck space, both covered and open, with bbq, propane firepit and 1 of the best spots to enjoy the serenity! Less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Courtenay, mountain bike trails to Comox Lake, Mount Washington Alpine Resort is 30 min drive, several golf courses with Crown Isle being 15 min away. Plenty of fresh or saltwater fishing to choose from so don’t forget the rod!

Book with confidence and come relax with friends or the whole family at Peaceful Parkside Cottage. We do not fall under BC's new policies as the cottage is on our primary property. The cottage is steps away from a trailhead right into Seal Bay Nature Park, yet only 12 minutes from downtown Comox and downtown Courtenay. The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort.

We've got everything you need to have a peaceful and relaxing stay with us. So much within walking distance. 300 meters to the Puntledge River's wooded trails, swimming holes and tubing. Less than 1 km to Courtenay’s bustling 5th Street with great shops, cafes, ice cream and groceries.

Escape to this peaceful oasis situated in the beautiful Comox Valley. This newly built 3 bedroom home is the best of both worlds with its modern living space and secluded/rural location. Sip your morning coffee enjoying beautiful views of the acreage, pond and the group of deer that frequently pass through the fields. A perfect place to bring the entire family, including your pet as this home is pet friendly. There is the main house nearby on the property as this is a shared property.

The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!

Heart of Courtenay Downtown Modern Suite

We host a cozy, clean, disinfected, and modern 950 square foot completely self-contained, street-level suite in our family home in Courtenay's heritage Old Orchard area. The suite has In-floor heating and on-demand hot water and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms each, with queen beds and custom floor mattresses are available upon request. Restaurants, stores, groceries, and a Saturday farmer's market in the winter are steps away.
