Welcome to our cozy, comfortable and private tiny home. Experience the simplicity & freedom of small living. This tiny house is the perfect getaway for a unique and intimate experience. It has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind and all your essential needs. The tiny house is located in a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature, yet close to all the amenities you may need. We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Big Sky Villa

Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. Listen to the birds and wildlife on the back patio overlooking a preserved farm acreage. When not using the home for our family, we love to share it with others to experience a place to gather.

Oceanfront Cozy Suite

Discover coastal bliss in our West Coast oceanfront suite in Campbell River, just 30 mins from Mount Washington and nestled within close driving distance to Willow Point and downtown. Breathtaking ocean and mountain views, and wildlife from bald eagles to dolphins, visible even from your bed. Choose from a kitchenette or BBQ, and unwind at our common fire pit area. Immerse yourself in tranquility, where the soothing sounds of the ocean create a peaceful retreat. Your coastal escape awaits!

Cedar Cottage near the Sea

Our cottage is a cozy little "get away" for couples or a single person, situated on .6 acres of park like setting , quiet and restful, near host's home and across from the beach a few minutes walk away. Close by: Kingfisher Resort and Spa is a 5 minute drive away for pampering yourself with a good meal or spa treatments. Mt Washington Alpine Resort is 45 minutes away for skiing cross country or downhill in the winter, and hiking in the summer. Seaside swimming, reading and relaxing!

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
