Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

A huge walk-in robe is perfect for getting ready for evenings out. Bedroom has a new queen bed. Relax and enjoy the view from the sunny living area. Have your breakfast and coffee, read a book, or watch sunsets from your private deck. You'll be self sufficient in the kitchenette. Kangaroos pop by daily.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. We promise you won't want to leave. A stones throw from Dunsborough town centre, Meelup Beach & Meelup Regional Park. A selection of fine wineries , restaurants, galleries are close by with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. The perfect romantic getaway.
