Apartamentul este ușor de accesat de pe centura municipiului Iași, pentru a evita traficul aglomerat din oraș, la aproximativ 15 minute față de Palas/Centrul Orașului, cu mașina personală sau transportul public (stația se alfă la 2 minute de mers pe jos). Apartamentul se află într-un complex rezidențial nou, la etajul 3, într-un bloc dotat cu lift, având în proximitatea sa magazine: La doi pași (100 de metri), Kaufland (200m), Lidl (600m) și un centru comercial, Family Market (500 de metri).

Oferim spre ichiriere apartanent cu doua camere, zona linistita, in apropiere de parcul Copou, aproape de punctele de interes ale orasului. Apartamentul este ideal pentru calatorii in interes de serviciu, cat si pentru sejururi relaxante in familie sau cuplu. Dispune de un living luminos, cu zona de relaxare, un dormitor confortabil cu pat matrimonial si TV cu ecran plat, wi-fi gratuit, bucatarie complet utilata (plita electrica, cuptor electric, espressor, frugide), precum si o baie moderna.
