Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with sweeping countryside valley views and many walks, this *premium* cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with all home comforts for two adults. Caution: (We have a Floor Bed upstairs and a Sofa bed downstairs.) With historic pubs all around, Central Canterbury is 10 mins drive away yet you are in the countryside! Get away from London, breathe countryside air, travel to/from the Continent. Dover is only a 30mints.

Gîte au coeur de la campagne, restauré avec des matériaux anciens, avec de grands espaces et un salon aux murs en bois cordé.. 2 chambres, cuisine salon, salle de bains. Logement totalement indépendant, avec des grands espaces arborés de fruitiers. Le propriétaire est à côté. Cour pour stationnement véhicule. Produits du jardin selon saisons.Jus de pomme et cidre. A 5 minutes du marais audomarois, 15 minutes de la Coupole. Situé sur le parcours de la Viafrancigéna, circuits VTT.

La propriété se trouve au bout d’une allée de tilleuls centenaires. Le gîte indépendant entièrement rénové se trouve dans le corps principal de la ferme du XIX siècle. A proximité de la ville d'Arras a 10min, Dainville a 3min, charmant chalet indépendant de notre maison, sur un terrain d'un hectare pour amoureux de nature et d'animaux. Chevaux, chèvres, ane, poules, mouton, chiens, chats se baladent sur la propriété complètement clôturée. Jacuzzi privatif à l’extérieur, abrité et chauffé a 38 degrés toute l’année. un kota grill (en supplément et sur reservation) pour se détendre. A 45 minutes de Lille. Un vrai havre de paix !
