Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Welcome to your Sonoma County sanctuary. This is a 4Bed/2B home with an open and spacious setting. In addition to a living room, there's a big den that leads to the backyard for your family to enjoy. This home offer ample space for family gathering and/or retreats(NO PARTIES).The kitchen is equipped with kitchen ware and snacks for you to enjoy. We have installed front door ring camera, a driveway blink camera, on the side of the house, and backyard. Your stay also includes a bottle of wine.

This is true country living and a short 12 min drive to downtown Petaluma and very close to wine country, Napa & Sonoma . The home is spacious and warm, filled with natural light and cozy rooms. A perfect place to create, read, write, draw, eat meals and gather. It includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (including a clawfoot tub), a private garden patio and an outdoor shower.

Nestled among the gardens, this private studio features a clawfoot tub, gas fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. 1 Queen bed, gas fireplace, sitting area, 1 bath, 1 off-street parking space. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. (Black out curtains on windows if light needs to be blocked) Must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access. Dedicated off street parking for one vehicle

Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco.
