Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. In a quiet area of Sitges, in ground floor, this cosy and spacious loft, ideal for 4 people (suitable for 6), will offer you all the comfort you need for an unforgettable stay in Sitges. Completely renovated, the loft is composed by : - a sleeping area/bedroom with a bathroom - a living area with 2 confortable convertible sofas - a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machiner... - a second bathroom with shower and toilets - a veranda for a perfect chill out Linen, towels, toilet paper and hair dryer provided. Internet/WIFI From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ more or less Always available to answer to your questions ! The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still. From the Barcelona Airport you can take : - the bus "Monbus" from terminal 1 (it takes 30 min from the T1 to Sitges-Avenida Sofia stop) - the train (with a change at Prat el Llobregat station) from the terminal 2. It take more or less 45 min from T2 to Sitges. - The taxi : 60€ the day and 70€ at night THERE IS NO PRIVATE PARKING. You can find a free parking in the streets, a few blocks from the loft. Free parking is where the ground marquing is white (if it is blue you have to pay). Here are the areas where you can find free parkings (at 10/15 min walking distance) : - Carrer Vitor de Balaguer, 23 (a lot of free places) : at 9 min walking distance - Passeig Vilanova from number 72 (behind the pharmacy) - Avenida Nuestra Senora Del Vinyet, from number 43 Public Parking in Avenida Sofia (but is quite expensive)

La Casita (centro histórico / 1 minuto de playa)

Casa de 3 habitaciones; a unos 70/80 metros de la playa. En el corazón de Sitges, al lado de los museos, iglesia y los lugares más emblemáticos. A 7 minutos de la estación. A escasos metros de la playa de San Sebastián (para llegar, tan solo ha de bajar unos metros la cuesta). En pleno casco antiguo, en el centro de todas las festividades. Perfecta para disfrutar del festival de fuegos artificiales y bailes tradicionales en los días de fiesta popular (agosto). Una de las mejores ubicaciones.

TV. 30 m2 de jardín priv. delante del mar. Patio de 15 m2 con plantas, que da luminosidad y vida. Piscina y a/ac. La habitación secundaria dispone de dos camas individuales. Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

The apartment is located on Paseo de la Ribera, it is in the center of Sitges, a few meters from the church and in front of the seashore. Pedestrian streets surround it, ideal for romantic walks and discovering the most typical places of this town, the architecture, the multitude of shops and the fantastic gastronomy, to enjoy an exquisite holiday next to the beach in Sitges.

La casa del inglés

Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

Vila Sitges is a spectacular villa with 10 rooms. It has a main house with 9 rooms and a small independent flat with one bedroom. The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool of the house, and the vibrant and multicultural atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

2-floor house with seaviews everywhere, 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms, 3 terraces and patio, private parking. Very well located, first line beach and everything recently renovated (2016 everything and 2022 painted again) All you hear is sound of waves. Restaurants, supermarket, towncenter, trainstation and bars all in walking distance 3-20 minutes.
