Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Convenient to Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Rio Rancho, The Sage is located on an acre of natural landscape adjacent to our residence in a quiet area of the charming Village of Corrales. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat where resident bunnies, quail, roadrunners, and goldfinches are abundant all year.
