Your private casita is nestled in the Rio Grand forest park. Walk, bike, or jog on the Bosque Trail behind the house along the acequia (waterway) or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. We supply coffee and cream and several black and herbal teas with sugar and honey for sweetening. In the Kitchen is a full refrigerator, oven/microwave and stovetop. Cookware, dinnerware oil, vinegar and spices, wine glasses and more. Sleep in a comfortable queen-sized bed.

Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Adobe Casita Behind Balloon Fiesta- Pet Friendly

This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Lovely adobe casita in a private walled compound in the North Valley. Completely renovated. Lots of character and all conveniences. Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. Over 1600 sq ft with private enclosed yard, the historic Bridge House has a New Mexican appeal all its own with adobe walls, beamed ceilings and modern updates to provide the best of both worlds.

This Corrales casita is minutes to town but set back in the quiet, small farm community of Corrales. We are located on the popular corrales acequia (waterway) which you can walk/bike to the farmers market, bistros, wineries, breweries, shops and the Rio Grande Bosque and river. Our 500 sqft casita has all the amenities you need with the coziness of your own modern farmhouse. We live in the home next door and are happy to help with anything you need. No Oven/Stove due to Corrales Rules.
