Large studio with comfortable queen sized Murphy Bed, a love seat, private entrance and private bath. Located in Cortez Hill - walk to the nicest neighborhoods in downtown like Little Italy, Gaslamp, East Village, and the Embarcadero. There is no full kitchen, but there is a small refrigerator, small microwave, and a pot for heating water. This is an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, events at the Convention Center, Padres Games, great eateries, and the best of Downtown San Diego.

1 bedroom apartment, single unit

Basic 1 bedroom apartment. On alley (It is so noisy at night , please beware= dogs bark and whine, illegal fireworks sometimes, it's by two fire stations, buses & cars w/loud mufflers/bustle of city type living). Street parking at night you might have to park around the corner or down the block. No AC but we have fans. Great place to stay the night while touring SD ! We are 13 blocks from Petco Park, home of the SD Padres. Best for someone sightseeing, not resort style place to lounge:)

Well laid out studio apartment with full kitchen, views of downtown and the Coronado bridge, WIFI. Shared patio area has gas grill, fire pit, and picnic table. Free street parking in front of house (I've never had to park more than a block away). Just a few blocks from great coffee shops, groceries, and bars. 1 Mile from Petco Park and Gaslamp in Downtown San Diego. 3 Miles from the San Diego Zoo. 4.5 Miles from the Hotel Del Coronado on Coronado Island (Best Beach in San Diego!)

Ground level unit. Comes with parking in a gated/covered parking garage within the complex. Centrally located in Little Italy. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops and a private balcony for an awesome view for plane watching. Bird Rock Coffee Roasters is located in the apartment complex on the first floor (Kettner Blvd). The Crack Shack and Ballast Point Brewery are right across the street. The Main Street of Little Italy is 2 blocks away and Waterfront Park is about 3 blocks.
