The traditional Italian farmhouse lies within the vineyard landscape of the Piedmont, a Unesco world heritage site. The Barn was kept as a large open space, hosting the kitchen, living and dining area. The 15-meters long window defines the transition between the inner and outside landscape while leaving the old brick pillars exposed. The kitchen is equipped with a Gaggenau oven and stove, 2 refrigerators ensuring cool drinks at all times and 2 dish washers for a swift clean up. The large indoor table as well as the one on the connecting terrace easily sits 12-14 guests each. Upon request we can organize for a personal chef to come up to the house to cook for larger groups. Please get in touch with us for more information and availability. The 6 en-suite bedrooms offer a contemporary design based on simplicity. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower while one of the rooms, our Suite, has an additional bathtub. This room can easily function as a family room in which case we are happy to provide a baby cot / crib or additional single beds. The outside space offers many hidden areas to find some quiet time when on holiday with larger groups. The courtyard with its many flower islands has a gravel surface perfect for that evening game of Boccia while enjoying your aperetivo. On the opposite side of the Barn you’ll find a field of over 200 lavender plants, several pergolas and a lovely stone patio to enjoy the last ray of sunshine. No matter where you choose to relax, the entire property offers stunning views of the vineyards and on certain days even a glimpse of the snow covered alps. A rustic stone staircase leads down to the salt water infinity pool. Embedded within the surrounding landscape this magical place needs no further introduction. Last but not least, a small wooden gate leads directly from the property into the vineyards from where you can enjoy a beautiful walk to the top of the hill where a romantic little chapel awaits you. A short drive (10-15 min) into the Valley you’ll find the two towns of Cossano Belbo and Santo Stefano Belbo. Especially Santo Stefano offers a selection of supermarkets, bars and excellent restaurants. Truffle hunters will be happy to hear that the city of Alba and its famous truffle market is only a 30 minutes drive away. If you wish to escape the beautiful landscape of the langhe hills then the Ligurian Sea or the historical city of Turin can both be reached just under an hour. The ancient Roman city Acqui Terme with it’s famous thermal springs is also only a 35 min drive away and if you want to treat yourself to a world class spa treatment then the 5 star hotel Relais San Maurizio with its Michelin star restaurant is just on the other side of our hill or a short 10 min drive. Affaccia su un cortile condiviso con altre abitazioni. In Via Parissolo 12 - Stella, 10 minuti di auto dal borgo e lungomare di Celle Ligure, "La Bancarella" è una casetta con vista panoramica e ampio spazio esterno. Ingresso con cucina completa di elettrodomestici (salvo la lavastoviglie), soggiorno con divano letto + letto singolo, bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Nel giardino ci sono un angolo solarium, tettoia con zona pranzo e forno a legna in pietra. Al piano superiore camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno en-suite e cabina armadi.

Troverai un'ampia veranda con tetto in vetro ed un comodissimo tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è dotata di ogni tipo di elettrodomestico.

La casa sul fiume

The quiet of a villa only 5 km from the beach of Albisola. My apartment is situated on the second floor of a house built by my father and recently remodeled. This is a perfect place to relax. The only sound you'll hear is the white noise of the water running in the nearby rivers. But the fun is very close: you can go to the beach during the day and relax at night, with a BBQ in the garden. Please be aware that there are some steps to climb and 50 meters to walk to access the house.
