Gorgeous, renovated, quiet waterfront townhome with amazing view in Duck NC, outer banks. Enjoy the best of everything- quiet sunsets, soundfront pool, tennis, pickleball & water sports right outside your door. Gorgeous beach just across the street (walk or free easy parking). Walk, bike, kayak or drive to the Duck shops, boardwalk & restaurants (about a mile). Amazing location with access to everything. From a short vacay to a day before your check in to your vacation home without being STUCK in TRAFFIC! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A 3 minute walk to the beach access. A 5 minute drive to Timbuktu shops, Corolla's BEST restaurants/grocery stores. You will have an umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, boogie boards, and can koozies provided to enjoy the beach! Updated Outer Banks beach cottage located in Corolla. Conveniently located a 2-3 minute walk from the ocean. Our cottage is perfect for families and friends. The upstairs has three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs is detached from the upstairs with a private entrance. This room is a bedroom/game room with a half bathroom. There is an outdoor shower located outside this room. We hope you make many wonderful memories at our cottage and want to return year after year.
