This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

My home is 3 kilometres south of the 401, 3 kilometres north of the USA border and 25 minutes west of the Quebec/Ontario border. Key-less entry through the side door. Come and go as you please. St Laurence Escape

Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries. About the space: Parking spaces, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (at an extra fee).

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.
