We love our stay in this accommodation. The place feels very cozy. The host greeted us assisted us upon check in. The balcony has a great mountain view. We cooked our dinner and breakfast, and they also provided complimentary coffee. They have complete amenities. The fireplace is very useful at night. We recommend this place to our friends and family. Looking forward to our next staycation

"Charming & Cozy Wooden Cabin"

Nestled in the verdant embrace of Baguio's hills, the cottage offers a delightful escape. From the moment you arrive, the cool, crisp mountain air will invigorate you, a welcome respite from warmer climes. We were pleasantly surprised by the fog rolling in, giving us a clue that we would not be disappointed with the climate, making it the perfect weather for bonfire. The cottage itself exudes a charming simplicity, its quaint architecture blending seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings. While the cottage embraces a cozy and intimate feel, it doesn't skimp on comfort. Thoughtful touches throughout ensure a pleasant stay. We were delighted to try the locally sourced coffee and the scented candle provided for by our very generous and kind host. If you're seeking a tranquil retreat in Baguio, with a truly quaint atmosphere, Ms. Carms cottage is a gem worth discovering.

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were super spacious, which made it easy for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Loved that each room had its own bathroom — no waiting around or sharing, which was awesome. And the view? So nice and priceless. Whether we were chilling in the morning or winding down at night, it just added to the whole relaxing vibe. Overall, a solid Airbnb. Would happily stay here again!

Many rooms for a big group, situated in one of the most peaceful walking neighborhoods in the city - easy downwards hike all the way to the country club, with Wright Park and Camp John Hay not much further away. Outdoor balcony is wide and pleasant for morning coffee, albeit adjacent to surrounding units’; garage can park with care two midsized vehicles, or with one larger. Caretakers are efficient and responsive.

Fun & homey “FRiENDS” themed House near City

You can say that the place is really clean just from the smell itself, even in the bathroom. It's convenient as well, the kitchenware is complete from the cookware to the utensils. There's also toilettries and towels provided, as well as drinking water and clean refrigerator with big freezer. There's a convenient store, small sari-sari store and bakery in the area - but they are close every Sunday. Parking is also provided, but it's kind of hard to maneuver - which was reminded ahead of time. It is also better if they had at least a toilet upstairs so there's no need to go down in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The owner is considerate as well because she waived the extra payment for the child. Overall, we are satisfied on our 3D2N stay. The rate is really worth it. The house is very spacious, it is recommendable to big set of friends or family. We will surely come back again soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Antonio’s place. The host is helpful and responsive. The house is clean and the location is nice, with small stores nearby for your necessities. Kitchen is complete and the host is thoughtful to have condiments ready for the guests to use. The nice interiors are well maintained. The caretaker is doing a very good job and is nice and accommodating. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend at Michelle’s place! The house was everything we hoped for—beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding as a family. One unexpected bonus was the EV home charger, which made things super convenient for us since we brought two electric vehicles on our drive up to Baguio. It truly was a cozy, green and memorable getaway. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything went smoothly. My expectations were met. Kristine and Jun (caretaker) were both very responsive. They have a very friendly dog named Thunder. The place was peaceful, which I personally really liked - achieved the Baguio feels I was hoping for. Thank you so much, Kristine and Jun!

Tita Rho and Tito Jaime were really nice and accommodating! The place is perfect for family vacation. It's near everything - restaurants/fast food, jeepney/taxi, bus terminal, stores, and mall. Highly recommended! ❤️

Love this home! It’s so cozy and nostalgic. We came with a few kids and they wished we stayed for longer. The house was cleaned very well - a few of us are sensitive to dust, but no sneezing here at all. The house is well cared for for its age. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden and sitting out with a bonfire in the evenings. Would love to stay again

Great place for a large group with spacious parking lot. Spacious rooms and toilets, just need to give the water heater sometime to heat up. Nice that there is a videoke included, just some numbers on the remote not working. Altogether we had a great stay and will come back again soon. Thanks!

4 bedroom house in Baguio with a spacious garage

Our family had a great time in this old but beautiful home. We love the spacious veranda where the family hangout for drinks and throwback stories of our life. You can feel the peaceful Baguio atmosphere in this secluded place in the city. Smooth communication with Ms.Marlyn.

A hidden Gem - Peaceful, spacious, close to most tourist attractions Our stay at Kais place has been amazing. The place is alot bigger than you would think from the photos and the owner and caretaker are very friendly. It was very relaxing and comfortable for our family to bond here. Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

The house was squeaky clean and the host is very responsive. We just didn’t know that you need to walk uphill to get to the house which might be difficult if you have senior companions. But overall, a very nice and peaceful place to stay in Sagada.
