Separate entry, parking space, walking distance (1 mile) to University of Miami, (1 mile) Larkin Hospital, and (1.5 mile) to South Miami Hospital. Nearby shopping malls Sunset Place, Dadeland, Downtown South Miami; restaurants, movie theaters, Whole Foods, Publix, Wallgreens and chain stores. MIA airport is a 20 minute drive and Miami Beach is about a 30 minute drive, easy access to US-1, FL-826. Your hosts speak English and Spanish.

Centrally located. Cozy 550sq ft. Attached Studio with private entry. One queen-sized Bed and 1 love sofa with Bathroom/ Shower. There is one desk, one computer screen with WIFI, that guest can access. Guests also receive 5 complimentary bottles of water and a variety of Starbucks K-cup coffee. Studio also includes microwave and refrigerator. In the desk space, there is a bookcase with a variety of books that guests can read and Cable TV. There is also a Private Patio for guest use.

Private , charming centrally located suite close to nearly anywhere in town you would like to visit. Five minutes from expressways and airport. Enjoy this fresh and spacious studio with a coastal look that will make you feel like your vacation started as soon as you open the door. Relax on our king-size bed with a comfy mattress to help you get a great night's sleep. Nice and big windows to let the Florida sunshine in, but our awesome blackout curtains will help you sleep late! Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen.
