SKIPPER COTTAGE unit number 1

Skipper is a stand alone cottage: a large 450 sq ft efficiency with 50 sq ft deck. Queen bed, mattress is a Marriott Silver Beauty Rest & full futon along with full kitchen & shower bathroom. The property is all fenced for Skipper, my Portuguese Water Dog. Skipper was the captain of our boat Skedaddle. The yard is very lush & green, seems like a mini rain forest in town. Our place is 'old' Caribbean, wooden cottages, no concrete. Skipper & Skedaddle are two identical cottages next to each other.

Little Spice: A Modern Tiny Cottage in Coral Bay

Come stay in your own private tiny cottage in Coral Bay, on the quiet side of St. John! Little Spice is the perfect base camp for up to two active, adventurous adults interested in exploring the island. No kids, please. While the space is small, it definitely packs a BIG punch including SOLAR POWER, kitchenette, a/c, wifi, queen bed, full bath, valley views, and a private outside lounging space with a grill. Easily accessible on paved roads all the way from town, with a wide, flat driveway. Walk down the hill to restaurants and shops. Only a 12-minute drive to the perfect North Shore beaches. Ocean Views - Perfect for Budget-Minded Travelers

One of the best values on St. John! Summertime Rolls is a cozy, tranquil Caribbean cottage with views of Johnson Bay, Hurricane Hole, St. John's east end, and the BVIs. It's well appointed with mini-split A/C, UV water system and a well-equipped, good-sized bright kitchen. Great location close to beaches, snorkeling, hiking trails, and the restaurants and nightlife of Coral Bay. Enjoy sunrises and fall asleep to the sounds of the surrounding forest. (2-door 4WD is required.)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The property is on the water, and is located in Coral Bay. Brand new, and boasts a king size memory foam bed, custom kitchen with quartz countertops and a two burner Miele stove, full bathroom, air conditioning and deck overlooking a salt pond and coral bay. Vaulted Cyprus ceiling, Kohler faucets, 600 thread count cotton sheets and a 60″ tv, and gas grill. Solar power with batteries and generator for consistent power!

Surf Sound offers privacy, panoramic ocean views, and constant sea breezes. Overlooking John's Folly bay in the peaceful Coral Bay Quarter. We are conveniently located near fantastic beaches, great dining & entertainment. Property sleeps 2 guests on the top floor & 2 in the bottom floor. Each floor is its own space with bed, bath & kitchen. For parties more than 2 we offer the bottom floor as an option to rent.

Coral Bay Farm Cottage

Enjoy paradise with this beautiful, newly remodeled cottage as your home away from home. This gem shares the same property, and overlooks, the only organic farm on the island. The farm produces all of the local salad greens, vegetables, herbs, and fruits for all the best restaurants and grocery stores. If you are planning on cooking at the property, let us know and we will bring you some fresh produce.

Cruz Bay Coastal Cottage. Fresh, Private.

The Coastal Cottage is within convenient walking distance to Cruz Bay beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. There's no need to rent a car for your stay, but be prepared for walking some hills! Recently renovated, the decor is fresh and comfortable with a full kitchen. There is AC in the bedroom and great room, with a screened-in porch for quiet relaxation.
