Come enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer. Our spacious high end condo has all of the comforts of home, and accommodates 6 adults or perfect for families. 2 Bedrooms have a King bed, 1 bedroom has a Queen and Twin bed. Each bedroom has a 58” flatscreen TV and a 65” flatscreen TV in the living room. An Oceanside bar, brewery, Mama Kwans and the Kill Devil Grill are within walking distance. There is plenty to do for the whole family. Come have a relaxing and fun vacation at the beach!!

Unit # 2E is perfect for small family’s and couples. It’s about 650 SF and has a good sized master w/ queen bed and futon, loft with two twin beds and a pullout couch in the living room. 2 pools on site, outdoor showers for returning from the beach, and multiple outdoor grills. MP10 behind Kill Devil Grill. A 5 minute walk to the beach access that also allows 4x4 driving from Oct-May. All within a mile or two include: THE ABC STORE, Harris-Teeter, Brew Thru, MAMA KWANS, TORTUGA’S, The City Park.

See our "hall of art" where each hallway is an art galleries Laney Layton of Edenton working as an artist since 1973. Just look for her signatures. You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 2nd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, and Jockey's Ridge. Welcome to Sea Banks Loft! Your family will be close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment when you stay at this centrally-located 2nd story condo. Located just 1 block from the beach, you will have a public beach access less than 400 yards away. The complex has TWO pools that are open during the summer season (late May-mid October). There is also an outdoor common space area to play yard games and grill out after spending your day at the beach. You do not want to miss out!

Sundune Surf: Steps to the Beach, Views, & Pool

NO CLEANING FEE. This 1 bedroom condo at Sundune Village is one block from the beach with beautiful views of the Wright Brothers Memorial and community pool. This 3rd floor WALK UP unit also boasts slight ocean views and lovely sunrises. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, one block from the Martin Street beach access. It's an easy walk or bike ride to Bonzer Shack, Food Dudes, and many other restaurants and shops. NO PETS PLEASE! It is suitable for a couple or small family.

Cozy condo at the top(4th) floor with 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen within walking distance from the beach. Multiple restaurants and bars (Five guys, Starbucks, Fuji, Pizza, JK, Bob's Grill OBX) within walking distance and makes it ideal place to relax without need to drive anywhere. High speed internet and desk is available in case if you like to work and be near the ocean at the same time. There is a pool to enjoy during hot days and bbq area to grill burgers or steaks.
