Victorian Garden Carriage House

You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. The City of Ashland has authorized the Carriage House. Our City Planning Action Number is PA-2013-01701.

The Sunny Bee Studio

(Private Studio- Separate Entrance) Get a restful nights sleep in the King sized bed with cotton sheets, cozy blankets and plush pillows. Step into a custom tile shower or soak in the deep tub, either way, it’s relaxing and a bright & cheery place. Keep it simple with sitting chairs and a beautiful private outdoor patio, w/ a dining table and sofas for you to relax and read your favorite novel or take a dip in the pool. The Suite is peaceful and centrally-located in downtown Historic Yreka.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

The Green Arrow Loft

Situated right on the state line this studio apartment with EV charger access is nestled in its own nook of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the North, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just 5 minutes off I-5 and 20 from downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Hilltop View Ranch

Imagine yourself waking up and observing horses peacefully grazing from your window. A family of wild turkeys cruising by, jack rabbits playing or deer coming for water. Red tail hawks soaring high overhead. Hike 75 yds up the hill and see ancient rock formations and majestic vistas of Mt Shasta, CA's 2nd highest mountain peak. Watch the sun setting over the distant hills out your living room window as you recline in your catnapper! All this awaits you during your peaceful stay.

Historic Stage Coach Stop

Built in 1852, the Mountain House, listed on the national historic register, is southern Oregon's oldest timber-framed house. Adjacent to the house amid lush gardens, the renovated two-story brick stage coach driver's quarters is a cozy, private get-away. Microwave, refrigerator, electric water pot, coffee maker downstairs along with bathroom. Upstairs comfy queen bed, armoire, easy chair, television, and beautiful views from every window!

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, a bar with wine fridge, sweeping valley views, & reclaimed wood accents throughout. With 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the TV room, this spacious home has room for 6. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with valley views, & the second bedroom features a queen bed with full private bath.

This beautiful one level 4-bedroom 2.5-bath home features stunning open concept design. Home features a large back yard and patio great for family entertaining. This family home is located in the beautiful Running Y Resort which offers many great amenities to our guests. With your stay we includes six (6) Express Passes which grants you access to the community pools, sauna, gym and yoga room.

Creekside Retreat Close to Town

You will be a 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home sits on 8 private acres and has river frontage and a beach on the year round Emigrant Creek. There are beautiful views in all directions of mountains, trees and wildlife. The home is a two story residential barn built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022 (the main living quarters is upstairs).
