For contracted medical professionals, we are less than 5 minutes from Bay Area hospital, North Bend Medical Center, or Bay Clinic.

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

The studio is located in a residential area close to Cape Arago Highway and stores. This Studio is on a second floor and guests would be required to climb stairs to get to it.
