My newly re-finished home offers its bright sunroom(s) for socializing with hotel style queen pull out couch and a cozy finished basement queen suite for resting. Located in Northwest Denver, right next to I-70, means easy access to downtown (a 5 minute drive), ski resorts in the Rocky Mountains, and Boulder. This house believes in conserving energy and resources, including a xeriscaped front yard and composting. It is friendly and accepting of all people, especially marginalized communities.

Your studio will include private keypad entry to 1 Bedroom (queen bed) & 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a smart TV, Kitchenette (including a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware) & desk workstation! We live in the main, separable part of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city! This spot is all about making it easy to stay in Denver.

Center of Lohi Fun

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This space is very much about Colorado. We've added touches from the local area that exemplify our state. This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. We do have a lively family above the unit and there may be noise at 7 am. However, bedtime/quiet time begins at 8pm. Thank you for your consideration when booking.

Welcome to the our clean and bright studio apartment that offers a fenced backyard for your pup! Located in a walkable neighborhood with dining, breweries, shops and parks. See downtown from your second story deck! We are close to downtown, RiNo, in Five Points and also near LoDo. This space is private and not attached to our home. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, sink, coffee maker and toaster, all dishes and silverware. There is a large walk in closet.
