Set directly on the Saco River, this beautifully renovated farmhouse offers a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or take the private stairs down to the water for swimming & floating. Just 10 minutes from North Conway, the home features a cozy fireplace, chef’s kitchen, spacious deck, & fire pit. The perfect home base for exploring the White Mountains, with a private setting ideal for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

This quaint A-frame is located just outside the heart of North Conway! Close enough to spend the day enjoying all the local activities, but just outside all the hustle to have a quiet relaxing fire in the woods. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures! Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired.
