Accesul facil cu mașina sau autobuzul(stația este în fata blocului).Locația este la 5 minute de mers cu mașina de stațiunea Mamaia. Apartamentul este spațios, cu 3 camere(6 persoane). Mobilierul și aparaturile sunt noi și performante. Bucătăria open-space este complet utilată. Baia este spațioasă și dotată cu cadă.Loja este pentru fumat.
