Second visit and it was just as nice as the first. We like this house inside and out. The pool and walking trail through the woods are great, and the living room is super comfy for family hanging out at night or on a rainy morning. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Marilyn's was great. She was so hospitable and helpful. The home was beautiful and we especially liked the backyard and the living room. It was close to all the things that we wanted to do and it was easy to come and go. Marilyn made sure had everything we needed including returning an item that we accidentally left behind. We loved the dog Lily and she definitely added to our stay with her playfulness and energy.

Great place to stay if skiing at whiteface! Robert and Nancy were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to lake placid.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A beautiful home on a quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen if you will be cooking. The home is clearly lovingly cared for and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Linda was warm and welcoming. From the moment you pulled up it was charming. She really made me feel at home even in a shared space. Private upstairs was spacious and sleeping with windows open to fresh air beat a hotel. Bathroom/shower great. She made sure I had space in the fridge for my things. I spent one afternoon working at the counter in the kitchen/dining which worked well for me to spread out. I was visiting my daughter at URI and I'd happily stay here again.

We stayed at Patrick’s place to attend an Army football game. Everything was perfect and easy. It’s really close to campus/post. It’s a nice little town and close to Cold Spring where we had lunch on Friday. Thanks for a great weekend.

Colin’s place was located close to everything near the waterfront. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of a busy day. The coffee maker was a French press- which I had never used. Now I am spoiled and will be acquiring one for myself when we get home. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Our second visit to Shirley's place was very enjoyable (just like our earlier trip); this time, a family birthday and other business in the area. As many commenters have noted: lots of personal touches and an apartment that is clean and comfortable beyond expectations. We appreciate the spacious quarters and the privacy and quiet surroundings here, but Shirley's easy to reach if needed. Thanks. We had a wonderful week.

Can't think of a better option to the local hotels while visiting my son at Bard. Very comfortable, eclectic, and scenic - with a friendly host and the sweetest cats! Make friends with Kaboodle for free snuggles. Will definitely return next visit. Thanks Tim!

We had a good stay for one night on the way to a sky resort. The location was good for us. The house is spacious. The communication was good.

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Betsy is a wonderful host. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and she provided many thoughtful amenities. She is very friendly and responds quickly to any communication. It was a pleasure to be here and we will definitely stay again!

Couldn’t have better things to say about this place and Pat! The location is PERFECT…walking distance to shops/restaurants on Thames and Bowens Wharf. It was my boyfriend and my first time in a bed and breakfast and it was fabulous - breakfast was perfect, and we even had the option to take it to go if we wanted. Pat made us feel at home, gave great suggestions and the blue suite was surprisingly large! Would stay again when back in Newport!

This was a beautiful stay, one of my favorites ever, and we’re super grateful to Katrina and Dee for making it so. From having a beautiful space to roam around in, a hot tub, a bonfire and the KAYAKING-which was amazing and easy to navigate as a first timer- there was so much about this place that makes me grateful we found it. It’s not to be missed!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was exactly what I'd hoped for - quiet, relaxing, restorative! The swing in the backyard is a peaceful place to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Ricki is wonderful host and has created a lovely homey space for her guests. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This spot was perfect. As soon as we walked in my mouth dropped. It was perfect! The floors, the decor, the claw foot tub, the COMFY bed and COMFY pillows. So happy that we decided to stay here. We will definitely be back! We came to Saratoga Springs for a concert at SPAC. We were 15 minutes away. Just a mere 10-15 minutes to so many great restaurants in town. We enjoyed this beautiful bed and breakfast to the fullest. The gardens were gorgeous around the property. The pool was great- even had plenty of lounge chairs to sun bathe in! And then Glen- amazing host. He answered questions immediately! Breakfast was delicious both morning! Definitely need to book here!

Peter and Mauricio's place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. This was a perfect place to stay for us. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Also, the breakfast and coffee are very good. We would happily stay there if in Provincetown again.

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!
